Shipping Information

We ship exclusively to countries within the Europe and select nearby countries, including: San Marino, Andorra, Austria, Vatican City, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Switzerland, Estonia, Ireland, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Morocco, United Kingdom, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Finland, and Cyprus.

If your country is not listed above, we regret that we cannot fulfill your order at this time.

Shipping Methods & Costs

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.

  • Cyprus (Domestic Orders):
    Delivered to the customer’s closest ACS Courier Point
    Shipping cost: €4.99

  • International Orders:
    Shipped via Cyprus Post Office – A’ Priority Registered Mail (Parcels)
    Shipping cost: €9.99

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 days. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Free shipping is available on all orders over €100

Customs & Import Duties

All orders are shipped from Cyprus.
Customers outside the European Union (including but not limited to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco and Morocco) are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by Vache Verde.

Address Change Policy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Once an order has been placed, address changes are not guaranteed. Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery and we are unable to modify shipping details once an order has been processed or shipped.

Before Shipment

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@vacheverde.com with your order number and the correct address. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been processed.

After Shipment

If an order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address. In such cases:

  • Vache Verde is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Additional shipping or redelivery fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. If reshipment is not possible, the order will be considered final.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage all customers to double-check their shipping information before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders at Vache Verde are processed promptly to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vacheverde.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is still eligible for cancellation.

Orders That Have Been Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, all sales are final and the order will be delivered as placed.

We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before completing their purchase.

However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including inclement weather, remote delivery locations, technical issues, national holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to provide updates. We appreciate your understanding, as shipping logistics are managed by third-party providers and are outside of our direct control.
