Returns, Refunds & Guarantee
At Vache Verde, your experience matters to us. We're committed to creating quality products and standing behind them.
1. Cancellations & Returns (14 Days)
You can cancel your order anytime before it ships by signing into your
account, going to Orders, and selecting Cancel.
Once your order has been delivered, you can request a return within 14
days by signing into your account, going to Orders, and selecting Return. You'll receive a confirmation email while we review your request. Once approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions.
Because our products are personal care items, returns are accepted only for items that are unopened and unused, with their seal intact. Once a seal has been broken, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Returns must be shipped via your local post office. We're unable to
guarantee delivery via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or other private couriers, so the
post office is the only return method we accept. Return shipping costs
are the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the amount paid to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For consumers in the EU/EEA, this policy reflects, at minimum, your
statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This right is
separate from, and unaffected by, the Vache Verde 30-Day Guarantee
described below.
2. Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective,
or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@vacheverde.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
You're also covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law.
We'll work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a
replacement, store credit, or refund.
3. Vache Verde 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights above, we offer a voluntary 30-Day
Money-Back Guarantee so you can try Vache Verde with confidence. This guarantee does not affect your statutory legal rights.
Eligibility: one redemption per customer, household, shipping address,
and payment method, on a first order of up to 10 products / €100. Orders exceeding this amount are not covered by this guarantee but remain subject to your statutory return rights under Section 1.
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your
order number and a brief explanation. We may ask you to return the
unused portion before a refund is issued. Return shipping costs are the
customer's responsibility and returns must be shipped via your local
post office, as described in Section 1.
Shipping fees are non-refundable under this guarantee. If your order
qualified for free shipping, a €9.99 fee will be deducted from your total
refund to cover shipping costs.
This guarantee is designed to ensure genuine customer satisfaction. We
reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse,
fraud, or excessive repeat refund activity.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
We may update the terms of this guarantee from time to time. Changes will not affect guarantee requests submitted before the update takes effect.
